The details
Scotch bonnets, carrot and allspice in a Caribbean-style sauce. The fruitiness is real; so is the heat. It is also the best-selling sauce we have ever made, which is why it is now on offer.
Heat: 4/5. Good on: jerk anything, rice and peas, fish stew.
