The details
Carolina Reapers, aged for eight weeks with smoked garlic and a splash of beetroot. Dark red, thick and unreasonable. Use a toothpick, not a spoon. Made in tiny batches, and this batch is nearly gone.
Heat: 5/5. Good on: a very brave chilli, a dare.
